Jami K. Averwater, Esq.

A native of Rutherford County, Jami attended The Webb School, Middle Tennessee State University, and Belmont University College of Law.
Attorney Jami Averwater specializes in real estate law with expertise in document preparation for conveyances, financing, and land use.
In addition to her legal career, Jami serves on the Murfreesboro Planning Commission, which is responsible for coordinating the physical development of the community by developing comprehensive land use plans, zoning regulations, a major thoroughfare plan and other plans and ordinances. In 2022, Jami was elected to the Murfreesboro City Council.

Erika Hyde attended Vanderbilt University (B.S.) and Duke University School of Law (J.D.). She has spent a large portion of her career in private practice specializing in commercial real estate and finance law. Hyde now works to consult corporations, developers, and trusts on issues of compliance.

Roman Hankins attended University of Tennessee - Knoxville (B.S.B.A. and J.D.). After graduating law school, Roman spent four years in private practice before becoming an Assistant City Attorney where he specialized in real estate and land use. Now back in private practice, Hankins is looking forward to helping clients protect their business interests and personal assets through consulting and estate planning.
